This page describes the current behavior of Tabaix Remove BG.

Photos and browser editing

Opening an image, removing its background, refining a mask and exporting a PNG run in your browser. The core editing flow does not send your photo to our backend for background removal. Editing data is held temporarily in the page; download your result before leaving or reloading. Other browser features, extensions and device software are outside our control.

Model downloads and hosting

Automatic removal needs an internet connection to download the processing library and model files from third-party infrastructure. These requests, and requests to our Vercel-hosted website, disclose network information such as your IP address and browser request headers to the relevant service providers. Hosting providers may retain request or security logs under their own policies. We do not promise that network requests leave no logs.

Optional Canva connection

If direct Canva transfer is configured and you choose to connect, the app uses authorization cookies and a temporary server session. The session holds an encrypted Canva access token and expires within one hour. Authorization state and upload job records expire after approximately ten minutes. Disconnect deletes the app session and clears its session cookie; you can manage or revoke the integration separately in Canva.

When you choose Send cutout to Canva, the transparent PNG passes through our server to your Canva account. The application does not intentionally save the PNG in its session database. Canva stores uploaded assets and designs according to its own policies. Disconnecting from this tool does not delete assets or designs already created in Canva.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

The current application uses connection cookies for optional Canva authorization. The application currently includes no Google AdSense code or analytics tracking script. If advertising or analytics is introduced, this policy and any required consent controls must be updated before those services are enabled.

Your choices

You can use the core editor without connecting Canva. Close the page to discard the editor’s temporary workspace, clear browser site data to remove browser-stored data, and use Disconnect to end an active app session. Downloaded images remain on your device until you delete them.
