Try the help guide first

Our Help guide explains cutouts, brush refinement, batch downloads and mobile controls. If automatic removal fails, try CPU processing, Fast quality and a 2048 px size limit.

Details that help explain a problem

Your browser and device type.
The tool you were using and the steps before the problem.
The image format and approximate file size.
The error message, with private information removed.

Do not share passwords, Canva authorization tokens or sensitive photographs. A non-sensitive sample is enough to describe most image editing issues.
